I decided to acquire land in April 2022. I had seen an Easter offer that Nisiri Ventures had at the time. I made my way to Nanyuki from Nairobi for a site visit. I was just gonna buy 1 plot of land but after seeing the place for myself, I ended up buying 2 plots.
