I decided to acquire land in April 2022. I had seen an Easter offer that Nisiri Ventures had at the time. I made my way to Nanyuki from Nairobi for a site visit. I was just gonna buy 1 plot of land but after seeing the place for myself, I ended up buying 2 plots. The surroundings were very interesting. I was very impressed with how fast the titles got processed I now have my 2 titles with me. The Title Processing timeline was very short as compared to the wait times that people usually have to persevere. I recommend Nisiri for their legitimacy and they are very easy to deal with. The CEO is also very hands on during the whole titling process.
